In Tile and Grout Cleaning Mode: The M12 instantly changes into a 1200 PSI pressure washing powerhouse. In addition, the handy auto-fill and auto pump-out features makes hauling buckets a thing of the past. Simply hook up to a water inlet, and run a drain hose to the nearest sewer inlet, and you can clean even the biggest tile and grout jobs with minimal effort. Use with our Spinner hard surface cleaning tool.
